TDK DA 3826 disc tray not functioning

my TDK DA 3826 recorder where I put the cd in is not opening . The left side of the cd tray opens. but the recorder side of the cd tray is not opening at all. Please tell me how I could open up the recorder so that maybe I could replace the band. maybe you could tell me where I could have it repair. thanks for your help on the matter.

Is the motor spinning to try to open the drawer?Can you hear it? Can you get something under the tray edge to try to 'help' it out when pressing eject?

How do i finallize disk with my tdk da-3826 dual-cd recorder

Press the Finalize button (and it will start flashing) and then press Play button right away (the finalize light will stop flashing and be a steady light).

Once the disc is complete the CD-R light will change to CD.
