Borrow a flash drive memory stick from someone to copy the file to. It's less than 1 meg and you're going to burn it to a 4.5 gig DVD disc? Plug the flash drive in and when you click on the file tell it to save to the flash disc. Make sure you download the driver from Intel's website.

Good day sir/maam, you are doing fine, except that the CD/DVD is done, get another copy, or if you are sure that the disk is in good order, try copying the disk to another PC. you can try copying the disk on another CD/DVD just to confirm if the disk is still usable. If the disk is good. try reinstalling it again. thanks.

Which website are you getting your drivers from? Gigabyte has the drivers for that chipset. Are you using a DVD copy program to bring your files to the disk? Do you have enough Disk Space to copy them on to your Hard Disk in a folder you create? This is sometimes the best way to retrieve your files and put them on a DVD.

No sound

Hello Kelvin, I went to Intel & clicked download.
For Pent-4 MBP4I65GV & this is the link that Intel came up with.

I can not be sure these are the correct drivers for you. Almost every Intel board start's with the letter D. If you look closely at you're board you should find the model number.
MBP4I65GV is really not the model number but a description. MB is motherboard, P4 is Pentium-4 & i65GV is the chipset. You'll notice Intel say's this configuration is an Intel DX48BT2 motherboard. If you find this printed on you're board, than these drivers should work for you. In either case try installing the sound driver listed on the Intel web site. You have nothing to loose.

Good Luck Kelvin!
If I can help you further, feel free to post.
