You need to Reset Code From Function_Clear_Err_OK. Check Dens_K in Display_Dens if it is to less i.e. bellow -2.5 Check Whether Black toner is present in hopper or replace Black developer
I think the 1180 is close to the 1120 copier I know. The error code is indicating an upper heater open circuit. The fuser is the very left item when the main drawer is pulled opened to remove a paper jam. There are two handle grips front and rear to remove the assembly. You have to check continuity of the heat lamp, fuses, etc.
that error is from fixing unit try to reset that error to reset that error press * 2&8 * then select copier then select function then press clear then select erro then press ok then turn off/on the power switch
is there an error code appear on panel display? if there a error appear try to reset you may press * key, press 2&8 simultaneously, the select copier then select fuction then clear then error then ok then turn off& on
this is an error for the transfer unit or its cleaning section not in proper place slide out the unit as far as it will go.. look inside to the lower left rear frame. there are 2 halfmoon gears sticking out reach in and turn both of those clockwise till they stop . slide unit back in close doors see if it resets good luck
your back up data is currupt, you need to change your p-sens-p value check your door spect for all default value. after that clean your sensors that is found below the black developing assy. take machine off unplug from outlet replug turn machine on DO A GRADUATION ADJUST that should solve the problem / if not unplug the the same sensors , then repeat the first prod.
ok so this is a code for the atr sensor.. you said you changed it is that the one right above the black dev that has the connector that plugs up under the control panel. if it wasnt take that one out and clean it... you can also check under serv mode copier display dens and see what iy says under window for each color they should be around 100 you may want to try to clear R-CON but then you need to put all adjs back to door specs
