you must turn one of ,one driver will be for Ethernet the other for wifi.right hand side connect icon right click go to network and sharing ,left hand side up top change adapter choose the one you want.as the the yellow marks its telling those drivers are missing.you need either to download them or look for your driver or motherboard disc as the drivers will be on there.
You obviously got access to the internet somehow in order to post this question. Unless you can get to the ACER website and download the drivers, you are not going to get satisfaction. Here is the link to the ACER driver support site. Enter your model and choose your OS. Download the drivers to a USB stick and transfer them to your PC.
If you had provided your model# I could have gotten you to the exact page with all your drivers. As it is, please start at the link below and provide info as prompted and you'll find your downloads.
You probably installed Windows from a "generic" CD-ROM.
Reinstall Windows, from the ACER-modified Windows "System Restore" disk, and all the correct device-drivers will be automatically installed.
Or, find another computer with Internet access, and a CD-writer.
Access ACER's web-site. Click "support" and "download", and download the AUDIO and NETWORK and MOTHERBOARD and VIDEO drivers to a folder on the computer.
Burn the contents of that folder to a CD-recordable.
(Since you say that your 'SM Bus Controller' is not working, you won't be able to use a USB memory-stick on your computer.)
Move the CD-R to your computer, and install the MOTHERBOARD driver, and then the other drivers, from the CD.
Go to the Acer WEB site to download the Windows drivers for the various devices that is installed for your particular model laptop. http://global.acer.com/support/download.htm
