Psp won't turn out

The flashing red light means the batteries are low. The green light goes off when it's finished charging, or when there's not enough battery left to charge it.

Ranch well the red flash indicates a low battery and the 5 flashes indicate a bad left brake. Now try charging the batteries until you get a green light on your charger then turn on the chair it shouldn't flash the red if the batteries are accepting the charge. If your batteries are 2-3 years old it could be time to change them. If Medicare paid for your chair then they will pay most of the repair costs. You can contact your provider for help or a service company like Roadrunner Mobility @ 1-800-467-2668 or Repair Xpress @ 1-877-581-3733. If Medicare did buy the chair then you are eligible for a new chair every 5 years and yours is almost 8 years old. Contact a local provider that you trust to check into getting you a new chair. Please make sure that the unit is fully charged. I am charging my unit for 2 hours. Also, please try to turn it on while the power adapter is connected to the unit.

do you install custom firmware? coz if you do maybe it got brick. try using pandora battery if it works. if it still dosen't works you may have a hardware problem.

This might work if you aren't using the ORIGINAL charger. I had this problem when my cat chewed through the original Motorola charger. I figured my Blackberry charger would work fine, but it didn't. I then discovered that my Blackberry charger was 700mAH and the broken charger was only 550mAH. When I found another charger with the proper power it charged. I also found that it worked when plugging it into my computer with a standard mini USB. I hope this helps.
