The SM Bus Controller is usually a driver for the chipset. You should be able to find it by going to Toshiba's website, entering your info when prompted for it, choosing the operating system that is on your computer, and then downloading and installing the Chipset Driver.
Download and run the Intel® Chipset Software Installation Utility. This will install the chipset INF files so that Windows* properly recognizes the chipset's built-in SMBus controller.
Must install motherboard drivers right after you install XP ( chipset is always needed first ) If you use Nvidia drivers or a 4 in 1 make sure you do those first before anything else .
