We are having problem with our HP Officejet 4355 All -in-one Inkjet Printer. When we are scanning the paper is not moving inside. I Think a piece is troubling inside. How to remove paper. How to open Inkjet Printer to remove paper particles. Help me.

The scanner feeder mechanism may have some problem.
Get it serviced from nearest service centre or your vendor...
There is a door back of the printer to clear paper particles and jams. carefully open, clean and re fix it on its place.

My computer says there is a paper jam but there is none on the display screen. I tried opening it up but it doesn't work, my computer still says it has a paper jam. My printer is HP Officejet 4355.

This error message is displayed by the printer when paper is jammed in one or more locations. In such a case, users are recommended to remove the jammed paper from the specified location. The entire paper path must be checked for any pieces of paper. To stop the message, open and close the top most cover of the printer. Lastly, verify the flags and the sensors. If the problem persists, the cause of the error message could be a broken sensor or sensor lever.

How can i clear carriage jam

If you are getting a 'carriage jam' error as soon as you turn on your printer with no tasks in progress, then check for any piece of paper stuck in the carriage. Remove the paper carefully. If the paper tears, part of it might remain inside the paper path and damage the product.

Follow the steps for fix HP Printer Carriage Jam

Turn off the printer and open it to see where the paper is stuck.
Manually move the carriage toward the opposite side.
Check the paper path and remove any piece of paper or any other object that is stuck in the path.
Reconnect the power cord and turn on the printer.

Hi,

The HP Officejet 4355 can print, scan, copy and fax.

You need to install the printer software to print and scan. Copy and faxing does not required software installation.
