Remove the jammed paper. • Check that the paper is set in the paper tray correctly. • Check that there is not too much paper set in the paper tray. • Check that the thickness of the paper is within the standard. • Check that the size of the paper is within the standard. • Flip through the paper and reset it in the paper tray.
Clean top bin sensor.

Maybe the paper exit guide is stuck or loose. Here's an article on A "Remove Paper - Standard Bin" or a "Std Bin Full error" Is Appearing on an E250d(n), E350d, E352dn, or E450dn Printer. Just click on this link: http://bit.ly/aygJz1. Follow the instructions. Thanks
Is this occurring even with no paper in the face down top bin? Likely a stuck paper sensor flag, or dirty optical sensor. You need to remove the top to access it, investigate and replace the flag or sensor, or clean the optical sensor. Service manual free at feedroller.com - look down the left navigation bar for an icon and link to service manuals. You can download the PDF free - dont make people selling copyrighted material on ebay rich.
Top cover isnt that hard to remove and requires patience and a #2 phillips screwdriver. Be careful of the cable for the display and buttons when you lift the cover off.
if your getting a standard bin error this is caused by the flag on the top of the printer where the paper comes out or the sensor that it triggers. look to the far left where the paper comes out you'll see the flag make sure it moves freely if it does replace the sensor
I think what is happening is when you get the error, the printer automaticaly reprints the page it was on when it got an error condition that makes it think it didn't print the page correctly. The clearing paper path message comes up after it thinks it had a jam. Displaying load plain paper could be because either the printer is not configed for the correct type of paper you have in the tray you are trying to prin form(push the green check button, arrow downt to paper handling and see what your trays are set for.) Also there is a blue switch on the tay(looking for front of tray it will be on the right hand side of tray rail) the switch says standard or custom. The switch should be in the standard position.
Are you getting any errors or jams, if so, tell me what they are.
Hi, If you look at the paper exit you will see 4 white exit wheels in the middle of the 2 center ones you will see that there is a black lever. This needs to be pushed back into position so that it is horizontal to the exit wheels. Hope this helps regards Myott
