Each Universal Remote has it's own codes. so you should get your unversal remote and find code for your camble decodifier.If no code specified, follow the procedure to get unspecified codes. If still can't get code, you should contact your cable service and aske them for help. Generally they sel or even give out free remortes for their decodifiers
try walmart / bestbuy / jandr.com or even duane reade for universal the codes for sanyo is in the booklet that come with the remote...look at the type 3 to 6 (depend on how many items you want to control w/ remote) tv/dvd/vcr/cable box etc
On most unversal remotes,First make sure you have good batteries, and installed correct. Then turn your tv on by hand, then point the remote up close to tv, press and hold set up till remote blinks,press tv, press on-off repeatly till tv goes off, then enter, or tv. then press tv, power on........hope this helps.........
I have small TV called Konka for my small kid.This TV was bought in 2000.My problem is that kids have damaged the remote control of this TV now to operate it I need Unversal Remote control. Konka tv is never found on any of the manual of unversal remote control lists.
So, is it possible to get CODES for that Tv.
