It should probably be blue and if not it MAY be a wire that has the letters REM on it. If it doesn't then you will have to do process of elimination, Yellow, Red, Orange, and Black are NOT going to be it and the other wires will have a solid color on the wire coating and a solid with striped coated wire to go along with it(those will be speaker wires). The one that does not have a pair then there should be your answer.

I need to kno what the colors for a 2003 Pontiac Grand Prix wire harness so i can hookup my new aftermarket cd player beacuse my old one was stolen and the wires were cut off and my factory harness was cut...

Try visiting the scosche or PAC websites to see if they have the vehicle side of the harness. I would recommend you install using the harness and a wiring harness. hope this helps.

TRY REMOVING THE RADIO FUSE FOR 30 SECONDS THEN REINSTALL IT. THE CD PLAYER WILL SOMETIMES EJECT THE CD OR EVEN START WORKING PROPERLY AGAIN.

do you have a test light?your speaker wires should be four sets of matching color,dark/light blue,dark/light green,dark/light purple and one other matching set of colors. then there should be one black wire which should be ground.with a test light you can find your power and accesory wires. your power wire will always have power with key on or off,the acc wire will only have power when key on. i hope this will help.

Installing a new car radio

if you have a wiring harness al the wires are color coded to match the after market radios colors. the yellow constant wire goes to 12 volt or battery wire. the accessory wire would be the red wire that is the switched 12 volts. the remote is for the factory amp or an aftermarket amp which turns on and off it would be the blue with white wire.

Should wire HU's Power Const to Amp's Remote On. Instead you wired HU's Power Antenna to Amp's Remote On. So the stock amp got triggered only in radio mode.
