I have the same problem. I did not seat the pot properly below the grounds, the grounds and hot water overflowed into the water tank and clogged the machine.

I have tried to rinse the unit numerous times, have used white vinegar instead of clr, but to no avail.

I'm afraid coffee grounds are clogging the inlet pipe at the bottom of the water tank and all it does is generate steam.

There is no way to disassemble the unit and clean it so I'm now faced with buying a new unit.
