The SIM card blocked. How can I find the PUK?

i tried my puk code and it said sim blocked

I don't quite understand when you said "I've lost my sim card, how to get my PUK Code?", PUK code is specific for every sim cards, so if you have lost that sim card which was blocked, I don't think you will ever need the PUK code for that sim card. But if you mean that your sim card is blocked and you are being asked for PUK Code, please follow the instructions given HERE. This is one of my "how to's" about PUK Code issue.

A PUK blocked message pops up after one enters the wrong PUK code 7 or 10 times in a row, depending on the service provider. A PUK code is required only after one blocks the SIM PIN code.

Many times, it may so happen that you block your PIN code. You will need to call the customer care of the service provider of your cell phone for the PUK code or refer the SIM certificates for the PUK code. If you enter the wrong PUK code 7 to 10 times in succession, it will lead to PUK blocked. After entering the wrong PUK code 10 times in a row, the SIM card becomes permanently invalid or locked. The only solution is to purchase a new SIM card.

PUK blocked requires you to get a new SIM card. It does not matter whether you use a Nokia Cell Phone, LG Cellphone, Motorola Cell Phone, Samsung or Sony Ericsson handset. The handset is not the one that's deactivated, but its the SIM card that gets blocked. So, contact your network store for further help and getting yourself a new SIM card (new phone number). The puk code is sim card spesific it comes with the sim card when you get it or you can get it by calling your phone service provider of the sim card to get the puk code.
if you have entered the puk code wrong too many times you will make the sim card useless and you will have to contact your phone service provider for a new sim card, it will probably cost.
