Will compaq presario v2000 support windows 7 - HP Compaq Presario V2000 Notebook

When i instal windows 7 on compaq presario v2000 then show error the instruction at 0x749b8bc 1 refrenced memory at 0x01e35002. the memory could not be read.

Almost everything will run 7 but how much you can use of what is in it depends on the hardware.

It is a bit pessimistic but if you have a gigabyte of ram and a reasonable video card an enough free space almost any pc under 5 years old should work just fine.
