Phone keeps turning off and messages won't open.

hypagirl, your device has a software error, so you need to hard reset (by code or keypad) or soft reset or factory settings (by device settings), if your device is samsung try *2767*3855# for full reset, and if is nokia try *#7370# and default code is 12345, this both process will delete all data so first make a back up.Best of Luck. if my answer was helpful please rate it.

My LG enV VX9900 keeps turning off whenever I try to make a call. However, I can receive calls and send and receive texts.

If your phone is battery gets low for a short period of time then replace your phone battery, it is faulty or not fuctioning well. You can text or recieve calls but it may not take longer and when you try to make a call it suddenly shut down. So it is better to replace your battery with a new one to solve your phone problem.

When I turn my phone on, it comes up with a white screen only. I don't have the model with me. Could it be the battery?

Generaly, the reason for white screen is software or misoperation.

1.Please try to turn off the phone and pull out the battery for a few hours, and then restart the phone.

2. If the screen can be normal sometimes, pls try to "restore the factory setting" by setting. You can find the password on your user manual.

3.Please pull out the SIM card and clean it. Then reinsert it into the phone.

4.By our experience, if several programs opened at the same time, it may cause a white screen. And some files on the phone should not be deleted. This phenomenon may happen to you.
