MP3 Player - empty disk

I bought a MP3 Player "innovative technology" for christmas lost the directions and now I'm having problems downloading music to the player. The error I keep receiving is "empty disk"? Can you help?
The player has 1GB, It doesnt have a name or model # on the player either.

Plug it into your computer, right-click on the drive and click format, OK. this will erase everything but allow you to put stuff on the mp3 player again. i have this same one, its pretty lame.

I have a Riptunes mp3 player, trouble using it to download music. with instructions. Need help from beginning to end. Thank you

I'm having the same problem. My problem is that the music files that I just purchased off of itunes are MP4 files and cannot be played on this Riptunes MP3 player. I bought this for my 6 year old nephew for christmas and I wanted to have some music on there for him. I'm thinking i should have investigated this player before purchasing. I totally regret this purchase!

Lost disk, no manual...HELP!!

u don't need to download any software for it. you can download music onto the mp3 via windows media player. when in windows media player, select the sync button and plug in your mp3 via the USB port. media player will recognize the devise and you can download music that way.

I download music on my MP3 player and it shows Empty Disk

i think you should format your mp3 player to Fat32!! that is the best solution, NTFS doesn't support both mp3 & mp4 players
