When I turn on the Samsung Tv the Lamp light flashes for about 15 to 20 second then shuts off. It does this cycle for a couple of times then the get three flashing lights that wont stop flashing
The Problem you have with your set is that your lamp is dead. you will need replace it. The Part number for the lamp is on the side of the TV. BP96-00826A is the part number. You will need a service Person to change the Hour timer in the service Menu.

Ur tv been in use at least 1 1/2 or 2 years. On about 4 or 5 hours a day on this tv?The LED light indicator "LAMP" flashes? The projection bulb life is over.Require a new bulb.
you need to make sure all screws are in and tight , and most important the cover on the back of the tv were you access the lamp that has to be on. There is a little blue plastic piece (the safety switch) if that is not engaged the tv will stay on fore a few seconds then turn off check it out.
your keeping a part that is warming up and shuts down your shutdown that protects the tv from burning up... cooler... to find this you might need a hair dryer or a can of freeze mist.
I believe the left side is your high-voltage section.
you can also let it warm-up without the fan .. let it shut down and feel parts with set unplugged to see what is running hot.
you have the same problem I have. The problem is fixed by changing the new light bulb. The problem appears again after 1500 hours of use. You can keep buying new light bulbs or avoid it by not buying another Samsung TV.
You will need to have it diagnosed if you do not have the service manual, or the knowledge of how these circuits work. I can tell you to replace this or that but it would be a guess! You need to start measuring the voltages on the ballast circuit, as I have seen door switches, fan sensors, heat sensors cause all of your symptoms as well. Good Luck
