Question about Canon imageCLASS D760 All-In-One Laser Printer
When my printer is printing Quick Books invoices, it is making very light phantom reprints down the page of boxes or text from the top of the page. This seems to happen on 1 out of 3 copies. It is almost like some type of roller is carrying the image and slapping back on the page a second time very lightly.... fuser? Something dirty that needs cleaned? Someone please help, this is a great copier, I hate to replace it if there is something simple i can do. Thanks, Rob
It is either the image drum (on the cartridge) or the fuser.
if you have another cart. replace it and see if you get the same results.
