I have the same problem too, sully. First things first, you need to reactivate your Yahoo account associated with your TAGGED account. If Yahoo says that your account is not in any of their servers, you can re-create it provided the username has not been taken. Once re-created, go back to TAGGED and try the resend Confirmation Code. Go check your newly re-created Yahoo account and click on the link or copy/paste the code. By then, you should be able to open your TAGGED account. Good luck.
One last thing, accdg. to Yahoo they've stopped offering ymail and rocketmail domains last 2013 so in case the email account you're talking about has these domains, you're out of luck because you cannot re-create it anymore. Take it from me. Most of my TAGGED accounts are using Yahoo accounts with ymail domain and, to this writing, 5 of them remains locked and probably deleted over there in Yahoo... or maybe someone has hacked them, am not sure. To connect your domain to Wix's name servers: Sign in to your Wix account > from the top menu, hover over Subscriptions > click Domains. Click Use a Domain You Already Own > click Connect your domain to Wix but keep your current registrar.
Under Setup with Wix, enter your domain name and select the site that you want it connected to > click Next.
Under Setup with Registrar > choose your domain host from the list.
if you access the email by browser you can access virtually any email domain by typing th edomayn address and than log into the account ..For example in the browser or google search ..type www.m.yahoo.com ..and you will be on the sign in page ...and if you have more than one account you can use them ..and same for all email domains.. If you have a direct email account on your mobile network provider...you can only access that one directly but by the browser you can sign in in any account you need..
If this is in regards to MSN/Hotmail, your account has been blocked due to misuse. Please see:

Follow these steps to unblock your account, and you should be good to go!
When you register or transfer a domain to your website account, your server operator designates you as the owner of the domain and places the domain in its database for management and use with your website account.
If you want to transfer your domain name to another registrar, the first step is to unlock the domain name.
Note: To protect against fraudulent transfers, most servers place domains in a "Protected" or "Locked" status. Unfortunately, this can prevent legitimate transfers as well.
To unlock your domain name:
1. Log in to your website account.
2. Click My Domains.
3. Click the View All link. A list of all your domain names and the websites they are associated with appears.
Click on the plus sign next to a domain to expand the information box. Click on the minus sign next to a domain to hide the information box.
4. Click edit domain lock for the domain name that you want to unlock. (If you do not see the edit domain lock link, you might need to click on the plus sign to expand the information box for your domain name.
5. Follow the on-screen prompts to unlock your domain name.
Once you have unlocked your domain name, the next step is to request your transfer authorization code. For your protection, all domain transfers require a unique authorization code; again, this is to prevent fraudulent transfers.
To request a transfer authorization code:
1. Log in to your website account.
2. Click My Domains.
3. Click the View All link. A list of all your domain names and the websites they are associated with will probably appear.
Click on the plus sign next to a domain to expand the information box. Click on the minus sign next to a domain to hide the information box.
4. Click the email authorization code for the desired domain name. If you do not see the email authorization code link, you might need to click on the plus sign to expand the information box for your domain name.
5. Follow the on-screen prompts to have the authorization code sent to your administrative contact email address.
Once you've completed these two steps, you can initiate a domain transfer out of your website account through another third-party registrar. After you've found a company that meets your needs, you can submit a Change of Registrar Application through their website to initiate a transfer request for your domain name.
When you have transferred your domain name to your new registrar, please create a new help ticket, notifying us of this completion. Once we receive this confirmation, you server can remove the domain name from your website account, preventing any future billing.
Your server operator cannot remove the domain name upgrade from your website account unless they receive notification that your domain name has been successfully transferred out of itsservice. Transferring your domain name to a new registrar does not constitute closure of your website account. If this is your intent, please remember that a closure request must be made separately. If you have Domain Privacy enabled for your domain name, it will need to be disabled before the transfer can take place. Contact the operator directly so that your request canbe acted upon. Very important if you are on some type of automatic payment plan using a credit card.
this would be on a domain then
1 open the default domain controler security setting
2 local policies
3 under security setting for microsoft network server set: digitally sign communications from always to disable
so with digital sign on the server the scan jobs are not digitally signed and will be rejected by the server.
or you could set it up to scan ftp or email if you have either one of those type of servers in the buiding they cant be external servers
