I dont have a headset for my quickfire but it says i do and i dont know how to turn it off?

Just turn off and turn on the mobile phone.

Bluetooth should work fine, just pair it with your headset or hands free.

Make sure it's unlocked. GPS and internet require data, so make sure you buy a SIM card with data on it. Many SIM cards only have voice (minutes).

turn your headset off. when you turn on yourheadset back on , push the volume you wish to control the volume with. this buttom you choose shound be your volume up button now.
