10.32.03 unauthorized supply - hp 3600n Purchased a compatible toner, installed, and this is the error. I've powered off/on the printer, still receive this 'attention' error. Any ideas? Thanks! Judy Klautt

Is a cartridge toner problem, only happens with some alternative toner cartridges
Try with another cartridge.(Q5942A or Q5942X)

Some chip is embedded in the HP cartridge, which keeps track of genuine toner.

Hi it very likely to be the toner I'm sorry to say only hp originals seem to work well
the toner supply the toner and are responsible for its distribution

Memory Supply Error 10.00.00 The printer is unable to read or write to the print

cartridge e-label, or the e-label is not on the cartridge.

Basically what is happening is the printer cannot read the small chip on the toner cartridge. The chip is located on toner cartridge as it is inserted into the printer. 1 - Make sure the toner is firmly seated into the printer. 2 - Power cycle the printer with the toner out of the printer. Install the toner back into the printer. 3 - Install another toner cartridge. 3 - Verify that the e-label connector is firmly seated in connector

Contact a local HP Authorized Service Center for further assistance.

This is usually caused by a third party toner and not an hp toner cartridge. My suggestion would be to see if you can get an oem hp toner cartridge (magenta) and see if the error goes away. If the error goes away then you know its the toner cartridge. This happens because all the manufactures put a chip into the cartridge that make it so you have to kinda use there toner. When third partys manufacture cartridges sometimes there chip they use is not compatible with your printer. Another way to test this would be to put your old one back in. You will still get toner empty but at least the 10.10.02 should go away.

you can enter inside of the printer menu and set another setting about printer calibration...

An error occurred with the developing
separation-drive assembly.
This error can be caused by problems the rt. swing plate this is the part the rt. side of the toner cart. slides into.
Problem can be the black sliding lock is broken, out of place, or missing the spring.
Also ther is a small white white latch on the plate for the C.Y, and M toner if one or more are missing it can cause this error.

The book says to check the connection then replace the developing
separation-drive assembly. Replace the memory controller and finally the fuser.
