I need the wiring diagram for my 10 table saw, I disconnected the motor and the power supp. without marking it first and now i don't know which wire goes where, please help!!

If you're lucky, there's a circuit breaker built into the table saw motor and a little red button somewhere on the motor to reset it.

When you re-wire it. know that the cord should have a black wire (hot), a white wire (neutral), and a green wire (ground).
When you wire the power cord to the switch, the black wire should be the one that goes directly to the switch contacts and gets disconnected when you turn off the switch. The white wire goes through the rest of the system up to the motor. The green wire grounds out the metal parts that you might touch.

If you have to replace the motor, get a 3450 rpm to 3600 rpm motor. Harbor Freight has one for about $140 before any discount.
I recommend at least 1.5 HP

Simple solution: switch two of the wires. Doing so will reverse the direction of the motor. You can switch it at the motor or on the electrical plug end.

This is the newer 744 series, white cord to white motor and black cord wire to black motor.

If your motor needs the mag starter that 5th loose wire, usually red, goes to the start terminal on the mag starter.

usually on the back of the plate where the wires go into the motor there is a wiring diagram for changing the voltage. UNPLUG saw first before removing the plate. Let me know if you need more assistance and I will try and help

They basically disconnect the power and put a load across the motor which acts as a generator. This bleeds off the rotational energy. The key is to find what connects the load across the motor. This may be nothing more than a second set of contacts on your power switch. Look for that and any wires that have become disconnected.

Unfortunately, the manual for the XL-10 saw is no longer available online. Here is a link to the parts list and diagram.
If that is not helpful, please consult a qualified electrician, who should be able to guide you in the wiring of the switch and motor for that saw.
Without access to the schematic, I'm afraid the best solution to your wiring question is for some capable electrician to take a look at your saw in person.
