Help!! The computer keeps telling me that it does not recognize the device. I have uninstalled and then re-installed the software and still no luck. The toll free phone number that is provided is a joke...it just keeps hanging up on me! How can I get this gadget to actually be accepted by my computer and download pictures of my grandkids? I would rather advice you that you should updates the motherboard chips of your system. You can download that in the manufacturer's website. How ever, its pretty cool if i know the model of your motherboard or service tag of your system for me to search and for you to download.

On the other hand; there some problems arising from the gadget you installed and the usb ports connection.

you can try this. transfer the connection from other port of your system. do this into some other port.
