Hi sounds like your camera is faulty, you would have to either buy a new camera or send it off to a repairer, it is difficult to say what the actual issue is with your camera without testing it myself, please take it to a repairer, I don't think that you would get any better answer than this. Since you have a broken camera, we would have to take it apart and start by replacing parts or using a multimeter to measure where the power goes and where it doesn't go if its supposed to. that is way too complex to teach you over the internet, your going to need a degree in electronics and the tools for the job, if you had those, you wouldn't be asking here. Take it to a repairer.
The memory is not problem for power and turn on the camera. I
would venture to say he made a false contact between any of the
terminals of the battery at the time of cleaning. cesdartar to the
problem is the battery, I suggest you try to operate the camera with
another battery.
CAUTION To prevent camera damage, use
a wrist strap and camera bag. Carry and dispose of batteries in
baggies, blister packs, or other containers to protect ends from short
circuit. Batteries may explode when short circuited. Dispose of NiMH
batteries in normal trash.
CAUTION To
prevent memory card corruption, keep batteries charged, format in
camera, and don't delete or fill card completely. Wait for lights to
stop flashing then turn camera off before removing memory. For card
readers, double click Safely Remove Hardware. Select, then click Stop
and OK.
Digital cameras reset if
batteries are removed one minute, but time required varies with
function and camera. Check menus for non-auto functions and time.
Remove extra memory to eliminate this as a possible problem. Insert
batteries and restart camera. The ultimate non-physical repair for
software-using devices is reset by removing power. VCR/DVD players may
take one month.
I suggest review this information abour Battery Maintenance.
Hope helped.
Possible that PC is hanging up as there is fault on the OS (operating system) or a virus in the OS. Also it is possible that the backup battery (CMOS) has low voltage or the memory card is a suspect. In this case you need to check the voltage and also try and swap a memory card. Sometimes the memory card connections can be faulty either on the card or on the slot. Cleaning the slot and card must be done before you try a replacement. If the PC boots and fails then the hard disc can have bad sectors or is corrupt. However if there is no result the motherboard also can be suspected. In this case you might need the help of proper tools and equipment support to do a chip level service.

The power supply to the fan must be checked or the SMPS unit can be faulty.
