Hello Ranasinghe, you must connect a JBL satellite for each Main L and R output (2 speakers in total)
Connect one JBL for each Surround L and R output (2 speakers in total)
The middle speaker, to the output of the Central channel and the subwoofer, if active or powered, to the RCA subwoofer output on the amplifier
This way you would have all the speakers connected in the Harman Kardon 130

Hi,
You could use any kind of silicon (white or black color). Also you could use Rubber Cement. Just apply it evenly & make sure you don't spill anything in your subwoofer's spider.
Hope this helps your inquiry. Have a blessed weekend.
surround and subwoofer may not work if there is an additional graphic equaliser operating. 1. check in your receiver speaker setting ensure your speaker setup doesn not have subwoofer set to NONE. this will block any signal to your subwoofer socket. 2 when you select your surround sound setting setup, ensure you select the speaker mode you want, if there is a multicontrol knob, cycle through the choices select subwoofer mode and set it to yes. if you have set-up small speakers S in your speaker settings then it could be that subwoofer is set to yes automatically if you have large speakers L, subwoofer has to be set additionally in the subwoofer setting. 3 test subwoofer on alternative device to test it is working ok consult manual on enjoying surround sound and adjusting the speaker settings.
Check your speaker settings on the main menu of the receiver first. If you still have an issue, post a comment and I will help you troubleshoot some more
First of all you should never indicate speakers as Large unless they can produce below 20Hz (which is very low), otherwise always set your speakers to Small.
Second, did you also indicate in teh setupmenu that you have a subwoofer? Because if all speakers are set to Large some receivers will omit a subwoofer because Large indicates the speakers can reproduce all sounds even below 20Hz.
So walk through your setup menu, say YES when the sub (SFW) is asked for and that should do the trick.
the problem you have seems to be on programing the master effects to get to it go to main menu and see the distribution and effects you want to hear on you home theather.remember that home surround needs some decoders to send the sound where the images come and its right built in....
