Toner replacement I put a new toner cartage into the copier, but I keep getting a reading of toner is not set. insert toner. I have taken it out and put it back in several times but it keeps showing that.

change new toner cartridge or good quality toner for better image.also before refilling make sure remove old toner from the cartridge and clean inside the cartridge with blower. you will get with a good quality image

You need to replace the chip card that came with the toner.

What a usless "solution"...Do you have something that can accually work?
There is a procedure that will solve this issue. I have a new toner inserted and it keeps crying that the toner is empty...I have taken in out and put it back in, Now how do I reset the **** thing?

we can refil toner many times but we should reset cartage, while we refiling toner to open cartage we should sides white rings middle plastick flate white plate make adownof cartage it is first methode. when we put reffiling cartage put on printer and do on at that time we push cartage right side pointo re set. look on www.brother.com

Machine is still saying to exchange toner because toner is not feeding into the machine. to supply the toner always do this, 1-insert the new toner bottle in the toner section and close the cover. 2-Press "Utility/Counter" Button. 3-click on "USER CHOICE" or "USER SETTING" 4-click on "Toner Supply" 5-Toner bottle will start moving and hence the error message will not appear again.

The ink cartage not set all the way or the door not securely closed, or the unit not clean and has a dry ink inside...use bot ways to clean it the first by cleaning the heads by the software using the manual and the second by hand using a clean cloth or cotton swaps and clean good the inside housing...then run alignment...let me know if that work and please remember to rate my service so I am able to continue provide quality service and improve on it with your help. in your cartage have green cheap or fuse these are reseter. the are aviable in market .change it . then your printer can work. when are u getting tonner low. recently u shuld fill cartage. i think you get empty message. just reseting cartage by new reseter than u can change old reseter. u can 100% solve your problem thanks

we use chip and fuse for samsung cartage reset when it give us cartage empty message. before geetting thish we gets tonner is low .if recently we filled samsung dust/powder/tonner in cartage we no need reseter. in my practics while i need to put fuse (reseter) i put iton cartage after resetin suddenly i putout it from cartage and use old fuse. in this way we can use or not green chips? actuly it is difficult.

Really Magicolor 2430DL is a very worst printer in this world.
within 2 months drum cartridge finish - no other printer like this type of option - like black, color & durm cartridge.

I will recommend - not to go for the thirdclass cartridge. go for only HP.

The problem is with the paper tray not the toner, believe it or not. Take all of the paper out of the tray and then reinsert the paper into the tray. It should then work fine.
