42PF9956/37 SHUTSDOWN... I HAVE A PHILIPS PLASMA THAT WHEN YOU TURN IT ON, THE RED LED FLICKS FOR A FRACTION OF A SECOND THEN THE BLUE LED COMES ON. THE RELAY CLICKS 2X THEN THE BLUE LED GOES OUT WITH A CLICK OF THE RELAY AND THE RED LED FLASHED AGAIN 1X ALSO WITH A RELAY CLICK. NOTHING ELSE HAPPENS. I TRIED A POWER SUPPLY BOARD AND STILL THE SAME PROBLEM. HELP, CARL - [email protected]

Hello have the same problem when i turn on the blue led comes on with a relay click then blue goes off red comes on and off with another relay click any suggestions. I have had my power supply board replace about a year ago.

Now I also have the relay click.

I tried a heater behind the tv and after a while (and many pushes of the power button) I got the screen to light up a few seconds before the relay clicked back off.

I got the tv to stay on only twice, but now it just clicks right back off.

Phillips service is no help.

I paid $500 to fix it once. It is almost cheaper to buy a new tv. (not Pillips) I have had my power supply board replace about a year ago.
