Firmware upgrade and lost all channels

Sorry no answer but can confirm I have the same issue with a DMR BS750 (same machine smaller hard drive ) connected to a Panasonic TX-L37G10B. DMR no BBC1 but BBC 1 ok on the TV have you had any luck with an answer?

goto menu and channels and some may say " edit or add " that where you will do it. as long as you know the channel # it should go smoothly.

The TV has a user manual. Try following those instructions.

Can you please take help from the manual? Kindly also check whether the broadcast is supported by your TV.

Comcast should be liable. This happened to me with my Olevia 437V Since Olevia went out of business and has no support your options are limited. You could take it to a local repair shop, although they may have problems getting any parts unless they can do a PCB level repair. It may be as easy as the tuner chip. There is a firmware upgrade but I no longer can find it, when it was available it was like $30. There tech stated that the upgrade wasn't related to the tuner but I was a little skeptical that maybe the DTV format was different than how the TV was original designed to accept. You maybe able to just get an external digital tuner also.

A Converter hdtv box... is the SOLUTION!!! try it..youll see!!!
I had the same scan-turner problem with my Olevia "digital" Olevia tv!!
Because I was curious i tried that to see what happen..and it worked!!

Easy..your tv is not able to scan cahnnels...then, the solution is to plugging "a thing" that can do that: a converter box.

Yeah i had the same problem with starview 4. i upgraded the firmware and still no good. i then by accident set the default key. it worked. i'm not sure if it will work for u.

and follow the directions...............(note you must have a blank usb flash drive)

I had problems with channels on my Olevia LCD TV. My problem was solved by updating to the latest firmware.

Make sure the USB flash drive is formatted with the right file system, or the set will not see the updated firmware.
