Well its locked ,,,,
to unlock it you can buy the equipment or take it to a local phone dealr that will already have the stuff..

I'd recommend the the phone dealer as its cheaper :(

there is free software online to do it as well but you run the risk of damaging your phone, thats why i will not post the links for you , if you want to try it you can google Apple i phone unlock software

again i suggest a phone dealer..

There is no workaround to this without help from Apple. The lock is not on the iPhone itself, the lock is on Apple Servers. So you need to call Apple support for advice. But the only way they would unlock it for you is if you provide a proof of purchase that states the device serial number.

Fisrt of all download the Windows 7 upgrade advisor for the microsoft website and scan your computer .
Get to near by store purchase a retail disk of Windows 7
Put in the retail disk in the computer
While booting up the computer keep on tapping the ESC key on the keyboard to get to the oen time boot menu.
Try to install the OS from the One time boot menu.... Select the CD/DVD group...
Press any key......
It will start Installing the Windows 7
