Copy your music to your music file in my computer. Select all music that you want to copy to your device and copy to e: drive. This should solve your problem.

I have a Sansa e250 but i lost the cd with the software on it. I forgot how to put music onto it, do i have to convert it first? Please help!

Hello,

All support for Sansa e200 players can be found here:
http://kb.sandisk.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4487/session/L3NpZC92WmxVWmRZag%3D%3D/sno/0#e200
Music transfers can be done, connected with the provided USB cable in 2 modes:

MTP = Media Transfer Protocol, when using a software program or Windows Media Player (10 or higher). In WMP10 or 11 select Library or Sync to create playlists and synchronize the playlists with the player.

MSC = Mass Storage Class, when using Windows explorer, viewing the player as a removable disk. Perform "copy and paste" or "drag and drop" actions onto the external USB device (drive letter memory with 2GB capacity).

For pictures and video use software program Sansa Media Converter on the computer. After conversion in SMC transfer media onto the player.

I can't download music to my San Disk 1GB MP3 player that I got for Christmas. I did not get a manual with it.

To put music on your Sansa e250 you will do this:
Download Windows Media Player 9 or 10 to your computer. I would use Media Player 10 as it is the newer player. After you download Media Player 9 or 10 open it up on your computer, and then hook up your mp3 player, it should be recognized by Media Player and then you can transfer the songs to it. You need to put the music cd in your computer cd player and download the songs to Media Player using Windows Media Player 9 or 10. I have also included a website where you can download the user manual, it will say e200, but the instructions are also for the e250. Good Luck, I hope this helps. Please rate me, Thank You.

SanDisk Sansa Clip

Use Windows Media Player to transfer the songs downloaded from Limewire to your Sansa. The first time you open Windows Media Player, it will search the "My Music" folder for songs - this may take a few minutes. Mkae sure you have Windows Media Player 10 or 11. You can either move or copy the Limewire songs to the folder called "My Music," or go into Windows Media Player and change Windows Media Player's configuration so that it can read the Limewire downloads folder.

I can't put songs on my Sansa Sandisk e250....

You must have the automatic synchronization option checked - go to www.microsoft.com and enter "windows media player manual sync" as your search term - it will give you click-by-click instructions with pictures on how to disable the automatic synchronization; it will also, give you pictures on how to sync a song.
