SOURCE: GAGGIA TITANIUM........WEAK COFFEE

Try adjusting the grind finer, if that does not help then go to menu and make sure pre infusion is enabled.

SOURCE: The brew unit is not tamping the ground coffe properly.

Give the brew unit a good wash, then lube all the moving parts with food grade grease.
If you are able dismantle the brew unit and wash in warm soapy water, this removes coffee and any old lubricant.

SOURCE: My gaggia titanium says it's brew unit is blocked

Try cleaning and relubing the brew unit.
If that fails you require a new main board.

Check the thermostat on the side of the boiler, that might be damaged.

Why does it now stop at prebrewing and not give me coffee? I hear all the right noises...it has tamped the coffee grounds, drip some water in there, but not finish the brew. Also, the bypass doser is...

Hi
Try reprogramming the machine. Push and hold the button for the coffee you want, but hold it all the way through the process. Don't release the button until you get the amount of coffee you want for that button, then release the button. That should get you the same amount next time. You can do this for each coffee button. If that didn't fix it you might have a bad flow meter

When I'm making coffee in my Gaggia Classic, the brewing basket tries to unscrew (twist to the left). I have a feeling some part may have warped and need to be replaced. What would it be?

The only part up there is the group gasket, it will move the handle if there is an excessive amount of pressure, try adjusting the grind and or tamp and if that does not work then replace the gasket.
