If it doesnt read full the dash or the fuel sending unit is non op. But either way even if you fill all the way to the top there should be no leaks at all.beside a fuel gauge that doesnt work you have a broken evap hose
Ok if it only leaks while filling, and not while running, it is probably the fill hose that goes from the fill valve to the washer. This hose can be accessed by removing the lower kick plate (2-4 screws) look on left side you'll see your incoming copper tubing (or hose) and a larger hose with clamps on each end It may have vibrated a hole in it or be leaking at clamp. Another possibility is the fill valve itself is cracked and leaking only when the valve is on.
possible your radiator tank has a leak in it up high and when you filled it, it simply raised the level to were the leak is at.filling your radiator or overflow absolutly will not damage your radiator.you already had a leak, that is why you had to refill it.
OK, 4.3 V6 ? Coolant leak is coming from under the oil fill cover ? , do you mean the oil fill tube ? Could be a bypass hose is leaking, or a manifold gasket is bad, need more info maybe, pics
Pat it sounds like you pressure switch or hose to it is bad.your washer isnt leaking its overflowing the tub right?I dont understand the rest of your question so ill leave it alone..
either your tub seal is getting bad between tub and transmission or your "water fill" tube to the "size of load" water fill control on control panel has a leak in the plastic tube
could be any number of things: water inlet to tub leaking and running down outside tub,tub seal on top of transmission, pump leaking, bad hose washer remove top and front cover, then plug-in and let it start to fill you should be able to see your leak easier that way be careful when plugged-in
I've repaired leaks from bad rubber washers on the fill hoses as well as loose hose clamps on the back of the fill solenoids that run into the tub. Check closely.
