first you have to drain the ink... to do this after making a master with a heavy image on it.
1. turn off the machine and start it up while holding left and right print position buttons. when machine starts up you will see a number ... press the c or stop or yellow clear to reset that to 0000.
2. place paper in the paper tray and enter 888 and press start.
3. the machine will start printing .. let it print jntil the image is very light and press stop.
4. press the c clear or stop button to reset display to 0000 the new color you want into the drum and enter code 890 and perss start.
6. hold down the yellow reset button u til the machine restarts.
7. all done! but please note you will have color mixing and banding for a few thousnad copies until the old color gets purged, there is no way around this.

Error Code P-04-513

P04-513 is an ink overflow error.
the easiest way to fix it is to run the drum dry.
here is how:
1. turn the machine off by the power swith.
2. hold the left and right print position buttons and turn on the machine.
3. when the machine starts it will show you some numbers.. perss either the clear or yellow reset button to show 0000
4. now enter 81 and press start and the machine will make a master.
5. once the machine is done press the clear or yellow clear button to return to 0000
6. next make suer you have plenty of paper and enter 888 and press start.. the machine will start making copies of the test pattern. (if it jams a lot you may want to use speed 1 or go to step 4 and use code 80 instead)
once the copies start coming out light you can press the stop button and when the machine stops turn it off and back on normally.

Risograph having error code t95-056

this is a serious problem .. this means that the serial # on the boards for your machine dont match.
you can try this but it may not work. turn the machine on holding the left and right print position arrows. press the yellow clear button 1 time to bring the display to all 0000
then enter the following codes eactly as i say or you can do irreversible damage to your machine.
enter 9874 and press start. you will then see a number on the screen i usally see 51 press the yellow clear button to clear that number and bring the display to 0000 again (if yellow clear does nnot work try the orange stop button or the c button on the bottem of the keypad.) when it says 0000 again enter 1198. when the machine beeps and shows you the 1198 again turn it off by the power switch and turn it back on normally. if this does not work you will need a technican to come in and fix this problem

I have functional problem displayed, how can I solve this without paying for a service call

You can try to clear the code by pressing the yellow "clear modes" key, 1, 0, 7, then press and hold the red clear/stop key. Wait for the screen to change, then turn the machine off with the red rocker switch on the left side of the machine, turn back on, and see if that clears the code. If not, let me know what the code is for further assistance.

I did find a procedure online to clear the memory and that did the
trick. Here it is, may help someone in the future:

Open lid, take both cartridges out. Physically remove the power cord from outlet or back of unit. While pressing the Stop/Clear button, plug cord back and kee pressing until a message saying "clearing memory" comes on. Reinstall ink. You're done, the message should go away.
