Have you tested to see if it has spark? Have you checked and/or cleaned/replaced the points and condenser? Have you checked the condition of the coil?

STALLING CRAFTSMAN ROTO TILLER

Even though you drained the fuel it sounds like the carb needs to be cleaned or else the diaphragm in the carb may have a hole in it. Can you pour fuel in the carb and have it run so it is the carb. Hope this helps. In addition, did you gap the new plug sometimes they get closed up in shipping.

My sons kx65 has been idle for a year or so and wont start now tried cleaning carb also new spark plug, even tried jump starting still no go

Fresh fuel? Drain the old stuff out, put fresh fuel in it, lean the bike over until fuel comes out the overflows and give it another try.

Engine sputters at low rpm

Could be a number of things. I would start by giving it a fresh set of plugs and a clean carb and air filter. Fresh fuel wouldn't hurt - especially if it's been sitting all winter. Maybe try some 'dry gas' or moisture remover. I would be suprised if this doesn't fix your issue.

I have a 03 Honda spirit 750 --was riding yesterday when it started spiting/sputtering like it was out of fuel, I checked fuel(half tank) I put another gallon in just to be sure but no luck. Also tried...

Drain the carbs. Water condensation in the gas tank makes it's way into the carb float bowl. After a while the water builds up enough to replace gas in the carbs. Bikes don't run well on water. If that doesn't work at least no money has been spent. Next, stick in fresh spark plugs and be sure the air filter is clean.

When im driving my truck,it starts to sputter and

I would try spark plugs and wires. If it was a fuel line you would see the leak or atleast smell it very strongly. If the problem still exists after new plugs and wires try the distributor cap.
