How do I perform the diagonal crunch exercise correctly?

Grab a medicine ball and lie on the floor with your legs straight and spread wide. Roll onto your right hip and hold the ball with your arms straight. Then, raise your arms and torso and then touch the ball to the floor between your legs. Lower your body and roll onto your left and hold the ball at 2 o'clock above your head before you repeat the movement.

Mouse will not mover cursor but will right and

Does your mouse use a ball for movement?
Look at bottom of mouse. If so you could have a ditty unit. You can turn the ball cover counter clockwise and remove the ball. Clean the ball and the rollers inside the mouse. Replace the mouse ball and cover and retry the mouse.

Bold 9000

Whenever my Bold would do that, I would just press really hard on the ball and roll it side to side rapidly. This normally would fix this.

The one time it didn't, I had to call AT&T's warranty (800.801.1101) to get a replacement. This option is free, unless there is liquid damage to the phone.

My Microsoft Intellimouse Trackball rolls but the cursor doesn't

the circular disk that surrounds the trackball and has a little raised part can be turned to left - take it off and ball will fall out- inside are 2 tiny black rubber wheels one to left and one south of that- clean with alcohol on a cloth 9 not soaked) - I scrap them with my nail going across & you'll see gunk come off. Slso turn it upside down & tap it so all dirt inside falls out. wipe all around inside with cloth. Then clean the circle that holds ball. It has to have no dirt on inside area. Clean & dry ball- put back together and make sure to turn the circlular disc till it points to the dot on top. If that gets turned just a little off center it will cause ball to go all over. I've had mine for years & won't part with it. Can't stand chasing a regular mouse around the desk.

Hhow to save a pattern in fl studio and reuse the same in another

Open up the piano roll window for the sample you have selected. Use the highlight tool, which looks of a dashed square, to select the entire pattern by dragging your cursor from the top right corner of the piano roll diagonally to the left bottom corner of the piano roll. If you can't see all of the bars used, then try sizing the track in the piano roll closer together by placing your cursor on the square directly to the right of the horizontol scroll bar. Hold down the left click and move your mouse down to track the piano roll closer or move the mouse upwards to span it more. Select all of the bars used in the piano roll and click the down arrow in the very upright corner. Select Edit > Copy. This will copy all of the bars in the current piano roll. To paste the pattern simply click the down arrow again in the upright corner and select Edit > Paste in any piano roll.

My mouse cursor does not move when I move my finger across my mouse.

I'm assuming you're moving the whole mouse, and not just using something like a trackpad. Pick up your mouse, and turn it upside-down. If there's a ball, grab a can of compressed air, squirt it into the edges around the ball, and roll the ball around. If there's a piece of glass, there's supposed to be a red light, called a laser, coming out of that. If there is no light, you'll need to get your mouse replaced.

Track Ball

Your track ball may simply be dirty. Get a q-tip wet with rubbing alcohol and rub your track ball and repeat until the q-tip stays clean. Hope this helps!
