Can't download photo's onto computer

When you view the pictures you should have an option to choose or check off which photos you want to download.

Try opening your disc where the photos are from your File Manager on your computer.

Go to your lower left corner and right click your mouse on Start and open Windows Explorer.

then look at your drives of your computer on the left side of the screen
You should see C drive and search for the photos or open the folder with the photos and whichever drive you have your photo disc in.

When you click on this drive your computer may ask "would you like to view the photos with MS photo viewer or something similar.

View the photos first, they will open all at once. You should have a spot to click in and put a check mark to download ONLY those photos from the disc to the laptop.

Give that a try. Of course if it states "would you like to download all the pictures, click NO if available.

Better do it using special software, for example you can download on torrent NERO software (write in google - NERO torrent) this software is easy to use, try it and if you have more questions - feel free to ask...

click start all programs accessories open windows explorer navigate to your destination folder usually in my documents my pictures
right click on the photo's select copy navigate back to the photo folder right click select paste or

select the top photo hold the mouse cursor then select the bottom photo then drag the photos to your photo folder then drop them

or if you are downloading photos from the internet
once it starts downloading windows will ask whether you want to run or save it


a browse option will open you can save it into a folder in my documents or another device or a usb device

Well the only way that u can get the soft ware is if you cotact the company that manufactures the camera. Look on the instruction booklet, there will be a number to contact.

Yes it should ask you for that device to install and also asks you for the drivers.
You didn't mention you phone, even though google your cell "phone's PC SUITE download", it will be available at the vendor's site, free of cost install it and it will become so easy for you as 123.

check the memory disc it might be full in which case it is best to save the pics onto your computer and then wipe the disc for room to take more pics.

Go to the Sakar web site for the latest driver for that camera:

Go to the support center for that camera model, and then download the drivers.

Sony, like Casio like to use their own proprietary software and extensions Sony wants $8.95 plus for cd
