An old headset I had would flash blue and orange when it was in discover mode, ( so the cell phone would find it to pair it up). This jabra I have will not go there. My cell phone just says cannot find headset. HOw do I get the JABRA headset to go into that mode by pushing the on buttons. Steve

First, make sure that your headset is charged and then press and hold the "Answer/end" button until that the light becomes blue solid. at this time you can do a search on your phone to discover bluetooth devices.

if the device doesn't light on at all, you may need to try with another charger because in this the device is not charged at all.
