Afficio 350 copier speed only 35cpm it true that it can be converted to 45 cpm.... they said you must just turn on the switch in the mainboard but there is 8 line of switch what switch to be turn on???

Fusing temperature warm-up error
The fusing temperature does not reach the fusing standby temperature of 45C (113F) within 9 seconds [for the B003/B006 (35 cpm)]/14 seconds [for the B004/B007 (45 cpm)] after switching on the main power or closing the front cover, or 40 seconds after reaching 50C the fusing roller does not reach warm-up temperature.
Causes
• Fusing lamp defective • Poor fusing unit connector • Thermistor warped or broken • Thermostat has tripped • BICU defective • Power supply board defective
open the right door and you will see a black sensor above the drum unit.
remove the drum unit and clean the sensor in the machine at that position .
rfix the drum unit and power the machine .
please do this carefully as you may damage the drum .

take the fuser out and clean the thermistors check lamps for coninuity make sure that thrmalfuses r ok check for continuity
then to reset the code do the following or try this 1st it may work
Entering and Exiting SP mode " 1. Press the Clear Mode key. yellow key 2. Use the keypad to enter "107". & 3. Hold down Clear/Stop for at least 3 seconds. red key 4. Enter the Service Mode. touch the sp modes i think it is then pres exit turn the copier off and back on
To get in the service mode is reset 107 hold clear button.
To clear out the code go into service mode turn off and on machince. If that does not work. The solution is below. Hope this helps.
