I've a Sharp R-953. convection+ microwave makes a lot of noise
I have a Sharp R-953.when i use the convection oven with the microwave its started to become very loud,louder then normal.its also vibrating more than normal.

sounds like the control board. a bad solder. they cost 350.00 so your best bet is to try and disassemble and look for the bad solder joint on the control board, you could possibly take it to your local tv repair shop. here a link to the part. theres two boards one is power supply noise filter and logic. inspect both, make sure you stay clear of the HV red power lines running to capacitor magnetron, use a screwdriver and discharge the capacitor to frame before you start
Apparently this is not actually an R-510HK since that model does not have convection mode. Can you reply back with the correct model number? We may have the service manual for you.
A PRELIMINARY OPINION
It sounds like you have loose door switch mounts or possibly loose door hinges.
If the door won't open via the door open button, then the outer cover will have to be removed.
