Go to this "Website Link," below, for Dell 942 All-In-One.
Fill-in all information required.
Ie: Brand Name, Model #, and Operating System...

"OS" are: XP, Vista, and Windows 7

Select the [Drivers] you need from the "List."

According to the owners manual: http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/PRN942/en/om/942_om_en.pdf The power connector is next to the USB connector in the back of the printer. You use the AC adaptor to hook up the printer to a wall outlet to give it power and then the USB Cable is hooked up to the computer so you can install the printer software to the computer so it recognizes the printer.

The Dell website under the support area will have the software/drivers you need available for download. Hope this helps & please remember to rate my answer. Thanks.

All you need to do is go to above link & download & run the upgrade/patch first. It will uninstall the drivers for the printer & thn download & install the drivers.....once the drivers are installd, you will get the aio center.....do let me knw if ny further help is required...

try uninstalling & reinstalling the drivers....tht wld fix the issue...

try to fully uninstall the driver, restart computer and printer. download and reinstall driver from support.dell.com drivers and downloads website.
