Hi. Have you tried formatting the cards in the camera? If this fails you could try formatting each one in PC by right clicking the card's icon in the My Computer screen, the reformat them in the camera too. Hope this helps
Blue screen problems are awful to try and cure. Mostly what happens is the system runs out of virtual memory and crashes with a whole host of apparent reasons. Check your RAM for errors and try running CHKDSK/F regularly in case of hard drive errors. All I can suggest for the External USB driver is maybe it is to do with whatever you were plugging in at the time. As long as all of your drivers came from Dell's web site and are the latest versions, you should be alright.
Hi, Reinsert memory card in camera and try to format it. If that does not help then check with new memory card as old memory card could be defective. Thanks.
memory card? and SD card? whatever the card hook your camera to a usb to computer and find it under "my computer"
look at all your drives you should have like c, d , e, f, g, h, select the last drive and see if it finds your card if so try formatting it through the computer, whatever you do dont select c or d to format. if problem persists buy a new SD. I find good deals on ebay or Walmart.
check if the video format is compatible with your phone... if its 3gpp or any format which compatible with your phone... if its still not working try to reformat your phone or configure it with factory settings... if symptoms persists let the masters handle it (qualified service engineers)
