I done this before and it works. 1. Start it up 2. After the "WARNING HEALTH AND SAFETY" (but before the Action Replay menu) Push "A"+"B"+"START"+"SELECT" That should completely reset it. Happy Fixing :u)
it means your action replay game card reader is broken i will show you a way to make it work
1turn your ds on
2 go to codes menu
3select the codes you want
4now dont exit the code select menu
5 take out your ar
6 put in your game
7 press play
I'm not sure if you're asking for cheat codes for use with Ridge Racer DS for the Nintendo DS, or Ridge Racer V for the Playstation 2 - Unfortunately, neither game has actual cheats built into them. You can, however, use a hex editor tool (also referred to as a Trainer, Gameshark, or Action Replay), which would allow you to cheat.
The Playstation (R) 3 has most likely been patched. I find it knocks back not only Action Replay but XPLODER also (The EU version of Gameshark) both for PS2 it is likely that SONY has blocked it out to stop consumers playing region locked dvd movies. So if you in UK you can only play Region 2 PAL dvd's, if you in the us, you can only play Region 1 NTSC dvds. If in AUS, you can only play Region 4 Dvd Disc....etc.... AR Max had a feature to bypass this problem, thus why sony has probably patched against it. As for a solution I am also searching for one, truth be told, I don't think there is one.
You should boot up your codes on your PS2, then the game.
Save your game.
Then copy your save game to your PS3.
The problem is that the games or the ds action replay game slot is unfunctional. If it is the AR, just start up the action replay and eject it. Then put the game in, and start playing. To enter codes, leave the AR in and enter the codes. after you enter codes, the AR will save atomaticly.
