I have a Logitech Harmony 670 remote. The problem I am having is when I want to use the "Watch a DVD" activity, there is no audio. I have audio on all other activities. (I have surround sound). I have tried the remedy described in the "Sound Mode" of the instruction manual. Still no audio. My e-mail address is: [email protected]

Changing the settings within an Activity:

1. Login to your Harmony Remote Account.
2. Click on the Settings button next the Watch TV Activity.
3. Choose Review the settings for this Activity.
4. When the software asks What input does the AV Receiver need to be on, please choose the Input that you herd sound coming from when doing the testing.
5. Continue through the setup until you are brought back to the Home Screen.
6. Click on the Update remote button and follow the on screen steps.
7. Once the update is completed, please test the Watch TV Activity.
