If you are trying to print emails directly, you must change font size in Internet Explorer options for font size which controls email print size in Outlook Express. You may copy to a Word doc to control fonts there.
As you told the software driver is not present in HP support site. What you can do is, please verify the product number or try with search using the product's SKU number if it is available to you. I am also giving you the link for HP Deskjet D1500 series. It shows all available D1500 series products.
