How do I remove the drip pan from under the freezer? It's full and leaking onto the floor?

There should be a decorative kick panel underneath that will snap out revealing the drip pan which will then slide forward and out to pour the water off.

Hello and Welcome to FixYa!
Well, it seems like the drain pipe or the drain channel is clogged, and the defrost water from the evaporator coils is dripping through the quoted regions, down to the base. Try checking the drain hose/ channel and remove the clogging if any (Blow some moderate temperature air through the channel and check/ remove any permanent clogging If any). Feel free to ask the details, or any question relevant to the trouble..
Concerned.

Generally you have to remove the back panel of the freezer. There you will find the freezer coil and fan. the defrost water drips off the coil during defrost and gravity flows down thru the drain. Hole should be in center of unit. Those drains plug up. clear drain.and make sure panels go back on correctly

I have a Intertherm Heat Pump system in my Manufactured Home, Model # E2EB-015HB; Serial # E2E0121006692. Condensation is forming on the Coils and the water fills up the area under the coils, drips down...

There is a drip pan bit the middle is open to allow air flow through the coil and into your ducting. If the drain for the drip pan is clogged it will fill up and overflow onto your furnace and then to the floor. If that is what is happening then clean out the drain tube running down the front of the furnace and it should empty the drip pan and solve your problem.

You also need to have your furnace checked for water damage in the electrical components, if these have gotten wet then you run the risk of a fire. Please consider calling an expert in your area to inspect your furnace and make sure the drain line is clear.

Every freezer have a drip collector beneath it. Some times it may be filled completely with water thus causing an overflow. Else, the opening to the collector is being blocked by some ice. Also this problem can happen with aging of the fridge. There is nothing you can do in particular in this case.

Water leaking

the bottom tray/salad compartment will always get a fair amount of condensation because they are glossy plastic(bathroom paint is matt)the only "cure" is kitchen towel under the tray and remove once a week.as for the drain it is normally at the back and does collect a fair amount of "moss"in the tube, pour some clorine bleach down to clear any out.the design of the shelves directs the side/back condensation down the drain.

Water leaking onto the floor from freezer drain...

Your evaporator coils frost up in normal use and every eight hours or so the entire unit shuts down and the defrost heater comes on to melt the frost. This cycle last about 20 minutes. The melted frost drips into a drain pan and through a drain tube to the drain tray under the freezer/refrigerator where it's evaporated by the condenser fan.

Your drain tube may be stopped up with ice at the upper end because it drains too slow because it's stopped up at the lower end in the evaporator pan under the unit at the floor. It can get dust and mold in it. Once you get the ice out at the top a little pressure with a turkey baster will usually clear it out. Flushing it out with hot water and clorox may help.
Make sure it drains quick enough to prevent refreezing. .

Drip pan needs emptying; had repairman out for other issues, now fridge keeps overflowing

The accumulated ice you saw is of course the source of the water. The refrigerator will eventually rid itself of the excess ice and the problem will therefore disappear on it's own after a while. The drip pan is normally filled with only a small amount of water, and that is dried up by the condenser cooling fan under the fridge. The pan is removable from most units, but not without making a mess. I suppose you can make and clean up the mess one time and be done with it.
