Question about StarTech.com StarView SV211K 2-port KVM Switch

Just bought starview 4 box ,can only get freeview channels.The other channels are comming up,but no picture.How can Isort it

You probaly need to change the codes depending who your provider is
Press menu, on installation press 1570, then on nagravision press ok
Scroll to the right to get to yor provider to change codes.

My digivox has lost nearly all channels apart from freeview options nd sky sports 1-4. All movies nd espn gone. I've tried rebooting box,checked emu1004 nd changed frequencys back nd fourth but now back to...

if its a cable box then sorry there is no fix for this problem yet if it is a terrestrial box then delete the scrambled channels and rescan if you factory reset the box then you must install the latest firmware

Starview 5 USB - cannot put in Codes

Did you get a piece of paper with it telling you how to download the files onto the usb stick. Then put it into the back of the box then scan the channels.You will also need the codes for your provider.

Starview 4 box super usb has lost some channels do i need new codes please help

if you live in uk, re-scan for channels, when they appear go to s** sports 1 then press MENU then enter1570 scroll down to key lock, if this says OFF switch it to ON, then press EXIT this, i hope, will solve your problem PS sometimes you can lose channels if your signal is to strong I.E to close to box in street, if the channels still go off ,you will need to fit an accenuator, this screws on to your lead ,then plugs back into your box it knocks your signal strength down thats only the case if all you can recieve is freeview channels good luck

Sound but no picture on "the box" super, cork city area

eto where are u most people have just a the freeview channels but no sound on the other ones, the box usb has been comprimised and it is lookin doubtful that they will come back on as the people who make the software to flash the boxes dont want to make new software for this problem, the box 1, 2, and 3 should work ok just not the box 4 usb :(
