Hi ,after searching all over the internet and posting on every forum possible i didn`t find a real answer well it seems to be a rare problem but critical. Don`t get confused by this noobs that they just post "to be in business" ,here are some tips that confused me as hell like changing the motherboard of my iphone and battery and i saw very much of you did the same way after tryed all my tips here and no result... and that are...restoring in dfu mode or recovery mode, tryed all versions of itunes, hard reset, adding the source 74.208.10.249 gs.apple.com in the file C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts,reinstall windows xp ,vista, 7 eaven on iMac,tryed with iReb NOTHING WORKED...but don`t panic and don`t replace anything at your iphone because it must be released a bootrom update in 2-3weeks and that should solve all the iphones troubles.Good luck cya i think this will help a lot with error 13:D

Forgot iPhone passcode or iPad passcode? This can be fixed with iTunes actually.
Connect your iPhone to your computer.
In iTunes, select the iPhone in the "Devices" list, then "Summary" at the top of the screen. If iTunes doesn't automatically synchronize your iPhone, do so manually
Click "Check for Update." iTunes tells you if there is a newer version of the iPhone software available.
Click Restore. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the restore process. When restoring, it is recommended that you backup the iPhone when prompted.
When iOS Setup Assistant asks to set up your iPhone, choose "Restore from iTunes backup."
Select your device in iTunes and choose the most recent backup of your iPhone.

Iphone 3Gs is just lifeless no sound nothing....Itunes recognizes it and says its in recovery mode and it needs to be updated and restored so I press restore and it starts downloading or something for...

Error 21 is most commonly encountered if you backed up the phone with jailbroken software and then try to restore the jailbroken software. If that's what you're trying to do, I would advise against it. Try to restore from a non-jailbroken image instead.
If that's not what you're doing, there's some other reason that your restoring image has been corrupted, and I'd recommend restoring from another computer, but that would sadly mean starting over from scratch with all your saved data.

My iphone zoomed in for no reason and now does not zoom out

If you've tried restoring to a back up, and it has not fixed the problem, that indicates the error has been backed up to your most recent iPhone backup. If you're trying to avoid doing a full restore, i would recomend going to an older backup, that may preserve your contacts and calendars.Hope this helps, and good luck!

Iphone will not restore

Try restoring in DFU mode, which is different than recovery mode. I happened to stumble across it while trying to restore an iPhone 3G that a user unplugged in the middle of the 3.1 update. It kept showing an error of 1611 or 13 and wouldn't restore in recovery mode. I found this DFU mode option and the restore worked fine. The DFU mode keeps the iPhone OS from loading, so you don't run into as many compatibility problems. Go into DFU mode, then try restoring the phone and see if that works.
http://techierambles.blogspot.com/2009/09/restore-iphone-with-error-13-or-1611-in.html
To enter DFU mode:
1. Connect your iPhone to your computer
2 . Turn iPhone off. You may have to hold the power and home buttons down together to force the phone off
3. Once the phone is off, hold the power and home buttons together for 10 seconds exactly
4. After 10 seconds, release the power button but keep holding home until the computer recognizes that a USB device was plugged in
5. iTunes should detect your iPhone correctly, and also allow you to restore to the factory default settings
