You can try using Powered PC SPEAKERS with SUB-WOOFER. Try using audio line out and set the output to be variable otherwise you will not be able to control the sound level with the remote.

32'' Vizio won't work

It is under warranty, I would take it back and ask for exchange, bad sign that it goes out in less tahn 30 days.

No Sound!

This happened to a client of mine coincidently the morning of the DTV change. Try checking the Menu and see if the Speakers are turned On or Off. They can do this for no reason.

Bass tone problem

Both of your problem amps were made in the '70's or earlier. It is entirely possible that the coupling capacitors are failing. This is an issue for a service center whether it is caps or something else, like failing tubes.

The good news is that installing metalized polypropelene capacitors will make those classic amps sound incredible.
