I have downloaded map pack three and when i go to play online i choose map pack and then team deathmatch harcore it goes directly to the download screen like i haven'nt dowloaded it i tried redownloading it and it stays the same. it did work previously.

If you purchased the map pack, you still have to download it. This may take a while, since that particular map pack is 2.4 GB, which takes about 20 minutes to load. When that is done downloading, restart the game. If you don't, the game will play as if you didn't load the map pack. Remember to do that after you download the map pack.

Give this a try:

Go to your Internet Browser on the PS3, open Options by hitting the Triangle button, then delete the Cache.

Try re-downloading the DLC. If it doesn't work, then return here and post a response. I'll be happy to assist you further.

There have been multiple server errors in the past few months with COD4. You need to email their online team.

This happens if someone in your lobby or party has not downloaded a map pack, when the game is first released, it will have say 7 maps, then after a few months the game makers will release more maps which you have to pay for, if you buy the latest copy of the game the new maps are included, if you buy an old copy the maps need to be downloaded at a cost.

if you are from any other country besides us you will have problems downloading that... so if your gamertag was registered to a foreign country make a new one registered to the usa and then put some points on it and download the map pack you can then play it on both gamertags :) hopefully this helps

it s quite simple u probably arent on the same memory card as u installed it too

ok the playstation 3 has lots off problemsin those kind of things the main prob is you may have download it but itneverfinishedto upload and it got stuck in the middle its verry easy delete the map pack and download from the beginning afther its finished dont go playing first thing you see let it take its time give it 1 mor hour if you meneged to hold that long whats a nother hour? that should solve you prob.

Try uninstall and reinstall, Having done that then update the game!! I take it that you have made the maps for single player?? If so take all the MIS.files and make then COOP like i guess you have? and also ( player type) teamsabre!! i also guess that you also have the coopmenow / no cd patch? ( www.novahq.com ) DO NOT USE IN STAT SERVERS!!!!
Install the patch and all should be OK!
I make all my own maps and try them out in single player..Good luck

well if you're trying to play the maps with other of your friends and they dont have the maps im afraid you cant play themt if the problem is that you cant play them at all in your ps3 even when your offline then you can delete them and download them again you wont be charge a penny because you already bought them just go to the ps3 store then at the top choose view downloads and it should give you all the list of the demos videos add-ons ect.... you have donwload, choose the maps and download them again.
