Almost certainly your Quicken data file is corrupted. This is not your fault, Quicken routinely corrupts data files all on its own. Instructions for recovering your data and creating a new, uncorrupted data file are here:

Don't be surprised if Quicken also crashes while following these instructions. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but that's just the way the product is.
