Question about RCA OPAL M4001 MP3 Player
I downloaded new music and after the transfer was complete I unpluged the device from my computer and tried to power it up and the screen powers up but then it says : "shutting down!" and powers down without allowing me to listen to music
It sounds like you are having some firmware problems.,.get the latest firmware upgrade for your device..once you do that it will solve your problems...you can also try to format your device using windows media player too..that will help to..but the best one is to get the firmware upgrade done...
